Parent University Webinar Series

Posted Date: 10/06/25 (5:00 PM)

As part of this year’s Parent University program, we’re working with the Parents as Partners Webinar Series. They will be led by educational consultant and trainer Dr. Jennifer Bashant. The 11-session series provides families, caregivers, and staff access to the live Zoom webinars. Each session is recorded and will be available for the remainder of the school year. Attendees will need to register via a link prior to each webinar.

The series begins at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 16 with a webinar called “Co-parenting: Strategies for Making it Work for the Sake of the Kids.”  The target audience is families with children of all ages. This topic was requested by several parents at the end of Parents as Partners’ last series, which is not surprising given that more than half of parents are divorced. Co-parenting is something many families with school-age children face, yet there is little guidance about how to make it work. During this webinar, Jennifer will share many strategies and tips for co-parenting, while acknowledging that each situation is unique and not every strategy will work for every family. Click here to register.

The other webinars are as follows (they all start at 6:30 p.m. View the linked document for more information and registration links):
